Welome to 25th annual Strictly Sail Miami Boat Show.
Strictly Sail Miami has become one of the premier shows for sailors in the country. Sailing in February 11–15, 2010, at a "NEW for 2010" location — Sea Isle Marina in downtown Miami, just minutes from Bayside Marketplace.
The fun begins Thursday (Trade Day) February 11th and will not end until Monday, February 15th. This five day sailing event of the season features the latest and the greatest that the sailing industry has to offer. Come out and see, shop and test drive some of the latest designs from around the world, a full line up of sailing gear, accessories and hardware displays from the industries top suppliers and the latest charter information, all from close to 200 exhibiting companies from around the world.
Strictly Sail shows have become a resource for learning and fun, putting "edutainment" at the forefront of our planning. Every Strictly Sail Show has added more interactive exhibits providing an opportunity for new sailors to learn about sailing. For the more experienced sailor, we offer more activities to improve your skills and become more confident at the helm.
Many people don’t realize how easy and affordable it is to get involved in sailing; at Strictly Sail Miami you’ll see everything from entry-level mono-hull day sailors to mega-cats. We are very proud to be known as the catamaran capital of the world with the largest selection of catamarans of any show, but there’s really something for every taste and every budget. Strictly Sail Miami features over 100 boats both in the water and on land and ranging in sizes, for sailors of every ability. Strictly Sail has something for everyone!
For 2010 Bayside will host only sailboats over 50'. A bridge restriction leading to the Sea Isle Marina prevents the bigger boats from getting to the marina. A free water taxi will deliver attendees from Sea Isle to Bayside to see the big boats. Start your day a Sea Isle and finish your day at Bayside where 8 to 10 large boats will be on display.
SEA ISLE MARINA & YACHTING CENTER (The New home of Strictly Sail Miami) is located:
1635 N. Bayshore Drive
Miami, FL 33132
** This location now requires a ticket or badge for admission**
Park and Ride shuttle service is available from the American Airlines Arena with continous service to both show sites in our spacious air conditioned coach buses. The shuttles will run from 1 hour prior to shop opening through 1 hour after show closing daily. The daily rate is $10.
Looking for the BIG sailboats? Begin the day at Sea Isle Marina, then head over to Bayside Marina by way of Strictly Sail Miami’s FREE water taxi service to view some of the largest sailboats and catamarans in the world. Lagoon America, Leopard, Prout, Seawind Catamarans, Hylas, Passport and others will all have boats on display at Big Boat Row.
